- Canceling Appointments:
All appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. A full session price cancellation fee will be assessed without an appropriate cancellation notice.

All quoted prices are at discounted cash values. Direct trade or barter is determined on the spot. All Credit Card transactions have a 2.6% card processing fee.
- Privacy:
Any personal information provided to Castle Rock Massage is for the sole use of Castle Rock Massage and the proprietor of the business. This information will not be sold or otherwise disseminated.
- Right of Refusal:
The practitioner has the right to immediately terminate the session for any wrongdoing on the part of the client. It is the right of both the massage therapist/practitioner and/or the client to retain the right to end the session at anytime. Client will owe whatever amount of the session has passed.
